E.D.I Energy works with farmers who have greenhouses starting from 10 dunams and above, for the benefit of renting the roof space of the greenhouse and setting up solar systems on top of it. In order to establish a solar system in the Greenhouse area Building permits must be issued for the solar system. This procedure is being done together with an adjacent agronomist who advises where to place the solar panels so that they do not interfere with the plant growth. We work closely with the guidelines of the Ministry of Agriculture that change from time to time, carry out the necessary procedures for issuing building permits (even for greenhouses that do not have an existing permit ) and set up the system. The client enjoys a fixed monthly rent.
